QuickBGV ("we", "us", or "our"), a digital background verification platform, respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data and the sensitive information queried through our systems.
2. Information We Collect
When you use QuickBGV, we collect:
- Account Information: Google profile data (Name, Email, Profile Picture) during signup.
- Authentication Identity: Mandatory contact numbers collected to authenticate user accounts.
- Verification Payload: Transient query strings (such as PAN strings) passed to our trusted infrastructure partners for verifying results. These are not stored permentantly on QuickBGV public databases.
3. How We Use Information
We strictly limit data usage to the scope of operating the verification engine:
- To manage your account, compute remaining verification credits, and analyze account activity.
- To interface directly with our secure API partners (e.g. Surepass) to process the verification logic you request.
- To prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized systemic scraping of Indian identity frameworks.
4. Data Storage and Security
We deploy strict architectural principles using Next.js Server Components and Google Cloud infrastructure (Firebase Realtime Database) to ensure that the sensitive parameters flowing through your verifications never leak client-side. Traffic between QuickBGV APIs, government portals, and our infrastructure partners uses standard military-grade TLS/SSL encryption natively.
5. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell data. QuickBGV acts natively as an infrastructure pipe. Any verification queries generated through the Platform are passed directly to our upstream API partners, who authenticate them against Government/UIDAI infrastructure to return the verification result cleanly back to your screen.
6. Your Rights
You retain full rights to your authentication data. If you wish to delete your QuickBGV operating account and wipe any related configuration mapping or credit history, you may request full deletion at any time by contacting our support team via the Contact platform.
