By accessing and using QuickBGV ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. QuickBGV provides a digital background verification platform that interfaces with official databases to verify identity records. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
QuickBGV acts as an intermediary digital background verification platform, enabling authorized users to request identity verification (including PAN, Aadhaar, and other specified documents) using third-party APIs backed by Government of India / UIDAI databases. The exact reports provided are strictly based on responses from these external authorities.
3. User Obligations and Lawful Use
Users agree to use QuickBGV exclusively for lawful purposes, such as employment background checks, tenant verification, or vendor onboarding. You must explicitly obtain consent from any individual before running a verification process against their identity documents through our Platform. Unauthorized queries or data mining are strictly restricted and will lead to an immediate ban.
4. Credits and Billing
Verifications consume pre-purchased credits or free-tier allowances. Balances are deducted per successful API query. Any attempt to bypass the billing or credit system will result in the immediate termination of your QuickBGV account.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. QuickBGV relies on endpoint providers and government uptime. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We simply report the exact data state as confirmed by the issuing authorities.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall QuickBGV be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use our verification infrastructure.
